- "Kaga Tsurumame" - wild soybeans
- "Kananazawa Ippon Futo Negi" - Large Spring Onions
- "Gensuke Daikon" - Gensuke radishes
- "Heta Murasaki Nasu" - Eggplants
- "Futatsuka Karashina" - Indian Mustard
- "Kaga Renkon" - Lotus Roots
- "Takenoko" - Bamboo Shoot
- "Seri" - Japanese Parsley
- "Akazuiki" - Red Herb Stems
- "Kuwai" - Three-leaved Flowering Plants
- "Kanazawa Shungiku" - Glebionis Coronaria
