Stock photos
Overview
The stock photos are high resolution data. Put this in consideration before using these photos for printing purposes. The images are in JPEG format 300dpi and about 3000×2000 pixels.
The low resolution images used for web content are in JPEG format and about 640×420 pixels.
Kanazawa City selected these pictures with great caution. The city is not responsible for any problems caused by the downloading or the usage of these images.
Copyright
All graphic data and other intellectual property are under copyright of Kanazawa City protected by the Copyright Act and international copyright law.
Usage
The images can be used for promoting tourism in Kanazawa City.
When using the stock pictures, please refer to the downloaded picture with "Photo by courtesy of Kanazawa City".
Sending a copy of the promotional material which uses Kanazawa City's stock pictures are appreciated.
Prohibited Acts
The use of Kanazawa City's intellectual property, including stock photos, for the production and selling of commercial goods are prohibited (e.g. collection of digital data, calendar, postcard etc.).
It is prohibited to produce goods using Kanazawa City's intellectual property that can be used for commercial activities by third parties.
It is prohibited to produce goods using Kanazawa City's intellectual property for rental purposes.
It is prohibited to sell or transferring goods using Kanazawa City's intellectual property to third parties.
Acts causing misunderstanding or wrongdoings, defamations or antisocial acts using Kanazawa City's intellectual property is prohibited.
Attaching or sending Kanazawa City's intellectual property to mailing lists or mail magazines is prohibited.
Kanazawa City can cease any of the violating acts stated above.
Logo
The articles stated below need to be respected when using the logo.
◎Personal use of the logo is prohibited.
◎Usage of the logo will not be allowed when:
- it damages the dignity of Kanazawa City or when it disrupts the goals of logo.
- it is not being used in the proper manner.
