Kanazawa City's campaign

We have been raising awareness among the public and business people with regard to Kanazawa's unique food culture, which has been developing since the feudal period. Moreover, the public and private sectors have been working together to find ways of training the next generation in cooking and table manners, and are endeavoring to pass down and promote food culture that is characterized by richness and depth.
