Confectionery for Souvenirs

Many Japanese confectioneries are sold in the touristic shops in Kanazawa.

Kanazawa has an abundance of traditional Japanese sweets. Many of them can be bought as souvenirs at the shops; we listed up some recommendations:
"Kintsuba" – sweetened beans in cube-shaped wheat flour
"Shibafune" – crackers made from flour and ginger-flavored syrup. A delicacy the feudal lords enjored.
"Monaka Wafers" – Wafers in the shapes of family crest of the feudal lords.
